should be truthful and decent in content. They should comply
with the British Code of Advertising and all other Codes under
the supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and
should fit with the requirements of the current legislation.

HorseTime publishes
adverts provided by advertisers but gives no warranty and makes
no representation as to the truth or accuracy of any individual
advert.

HorseTime reserves the right to
have amended any artwork or advert in text, it considers
necessary before publication, until it meets with the HorseTime
approval.

HorseTime accepts no responsibility for any
loss suffered by any person as a consequence of the reliance of
advert. We would strongly recommend you to check out where
possible any stated facts within the advert.

HorseTime reserves the right to refuse any
advertisement.

Advertisers are advised to check their adverts
for errors as HorseTime cannot accept any responsibility for
errors, omissions or for any consequences after publication.

If an advertiser changes their
mind about an advert placed with HorseTime and would like it
withdrawn , this will be done but no refund can be given.

The Business Advertisement
Disclosure Order 1977 requires all adverts placed by people to
sell goods, in the course of a business, to make this fact
clearly. It is therefore the responsibility of the advertiser to
comply with this order by using the word TRADE in their advert.
HorseTime cannot accept any responsibility for any omission of
the word TRADE. |
